What Conditions Do Otolaryngologists Treat?
Problems that affect ear (otology/neurotology) are pain, itchiness, leaking, burning, infection, swimmers’ ear, hearing loss, sudden deafness, and tinnitus in the ear.
Problems that affect the nose (rhinology) are sinusitis, allergies.
Problems that affect the throat (laryngology) are pain, difficulty in swallowing, tonsillitis, voice changes, mouth and throat cancer diseases of the larynx are also diagnosed and treated by ENTs.
